The alfresco is where everyone ends up. Tom resurfaces tired patio slabs, covered decks and balconies in a seamless flake epoxy that's sealed against the weather, comfortable underfoot and takes about thirty seconds to hose out — across the Sunshine Coast and down into Brisbane.
What you're actually getting
A patio floor you can hose, not scrub.
no grout, no mossOutdoor tiles are a maintenance job. The grout goes green, the joins catch every bit of grit, and one cracked tile means chasing a discontinued batch. A flake epoxy floor is a single seamless surface — there's simply nothing for moss or mould to get a hold in.
Tom grinds the existing slab back, fills the low spots and cracks, then broadcasts coloured flake and locks it under a weather-rated sealer. It goes straight over old concrete and, in a lot of cases, straight over existing tiles.
The flake gives it a natural, low-gloss texture, so it isn't slippery when the afternoon storm blows in sideways — which on the Sunshine Coast it will.

Grind and make good
Diamond grinding, then cracks and low spots get filled so water still runs the right way.
Prime and broadcast
Primer, then coloured flake broadcast by hand right out to the edges and up the step.
Seal and hand back
Scraped, vacuumed and sealed with a weather-rated topcoat. Furniture back on in a couple of days.

Grippy, not glassy
The flake texture gives it natural grip wet or dry. Tom can push it further with grit in the sealer if you want.

No grout lines, no tile joins, no moss. Leaf litter and dirt hose straight off the edge.
Goes over what's there
Old concrete, tired pavers, even existing tiles in a lot of cases. No jackhammer, no skip bin.
Won't chalk out in the sun
A UV-stable topcoat, so a north-facing balcony doesn't go milky after one Queensland summer.
